Applications and Awards

Awards will be made through open competition based on the quality of the work proposed coupled to its relevance to the SAHFOS mission. This will be determined using details submitted on the application form. Although SAHFOS may informally approach scientists soliciting their interests, independent applications are also encouraged. The closing date for applications is September 30, 2011 (for Bursaries covering 2012). Applications will be assessed by a committee of SAHFOS staff and decisions ratified by SAHFOS Council.
