My core role involves analysing samples from the North Atlantic.  I have been involved in helping students with data collection relating to CPR material.  I am also the staff editor of The plankton Recorder, the newsletter of Sahfos.  I also help with educational activities.

Research Interests:

My research interest are very varied.  I have a great interest in pollutants in the aquatic environment.  I am interested in Harful Algal Blooms (HABs) and will hopefully develop this within Sahfos.  I am a PhD candidate studying deep-sea conservation and fisheries interactions, but I am more interested in studying the behaviour of fisheries.  I will develop my PhD to feed into policy and am intetested in becoming more involved with policy.
