Central Plymouth

Rail: The Railway station is on the north side of the city centre. A pedestrian avenue (Armada Way) extends from the station to the Hoe (marked in grey on the map). A taxi from the railway station to SAHFOS costs approximately £5.50.

Pedestrians: should follow signs from the City Centre to the Hoe.

Coaches: arrive at Bretonside Bus Station in Plymouth City Centre. From there follow signs or catch a bus from Royal Parade to the Hoe. A taxi to SAHFOS costs approx. £4.50.

Airports: Plymouth City Airport is located at Plymbridge Lane, Crownhill, about 5 miles from city centre, off the A386 to the north-east of the city. Flights are available from destinations in the UK and Ireland including Dublin, London Gatwick, Newcastle and Aberdeen. A taxi to SAHFOS from the airport costs approximately £11.

Ferries: Brittany Ferries run a service to Roscoff (France) and Santander (Spain)  from the Continental Ferry Port in Plymouth which is located in Millbay Docks.
