UK - GIFT AID - DONATIONS TO THE FOUNDATION BY BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS
The Sir Alister Hardy Foundation for Ocean Science is a charity, and relies on a broad spectrum of Governmental and Academic support.
UK businesses and private subjects who wish to support the Continuous Plankton Recorder can do so through the Inland Revenue's Schemes for giving to charity that provide Corporate and Income Tax relief on donations.
The Scheme is known as Gift Aid, and more details are available either from SAHFOS or the Inland Revenue web site.
